I recently had an outstanding experience with a member of the ET&T Support Team. They were patient, knowledgeable, and committed to resolving a very challenging issue with an InDesign file that had been affected by a Windows update. They also identified that working from a network drive instead of my desktop was contributing to the problem. After nearly two weeks of work on the file, they were able to restore it, saving countless hours of effort. I truly appreciate their persistence, technical expertise, and dedication to finding a solution. Exceptional customer service from start to finish!
